Source websiteCGWB PDF resource values remain manually verified enrichment. Spreadsheet-backed NITI ICED rows are the full-coverage public layer for Phase 13.
The two XLSX files are approved for every usable district row after checksum and generated-record validation. CGWB PDF values render only where manually verified.

This section is publication metadata only. It identifies a reviewed official source document shell without presenting metadata-only records as water data.
The historic reviewed-extract workflow remains available for future source additions. Phase 13 spreadsheet records are generated from approved supplied source files, not from validation reports or signoff manifests.
No approved extracts yet for the manual reviewed-extract workflow
Add future manual CGWB extracts under data/reviewed-sources/cgwb/ using the template. The upload/review workflow pending state still applies to manual extracts. Pending and rejected records must not render as public water values.
JalWater now has a source-family-neutral review workflow for future official publications. The framework does not add public groundwater values.
Review dashboards, checklists, validation reports, reviewer guidance, contributor documentation, and future source-family compatibility are documented in the review workflow.
Open review workflowReviewed extract files can be checked locally with npm run validate:extracts. The validator produces pass/fail reports and does not render values publicly.
Validation scans data/reviewed-sources/ across source-family folders, ignores example templates, and reports exact reasons by file and record.
npm run validate:extractsOptional saved validation reports are local audit artifacts only. They do not approve public rendering or change public source data.
Generate JSON or Markdown reports under data/validation-reports/ for reviewer signoff:
npm run validate:extracts:reportnpm run validate:extracts:report:mdSignoff manifests connect validation reports, reviewed extracts, reviewers, approvers, and approval scope. They remain local audit files only.
Validate signoffs with npm run validate:signoffs. Approved-for-record signoff status does not make values public; public rendering requires a later separate phase.
Reviewed extract validation ≠ reviewer signoff ≠ public rendering approval.
