This notice covers the first real customer enquiry workflow. It does not approve a database, CRM, analytics, payments, authentication, or tracking.
When you request a Water Risk Report, JalWater collects the name, email, optional phone, optional organisation, requested city or district, purpose, privacy acceptance, browser information if available, referrer if available, submission timestamp, and JalWater version.
The information is collected only so the JalWater team can review whether official information is currently available for the requested location and respond to the enquiry.
This MVP does not store customer requests in a JalWater database. Requests are sent to the configured JalWater email inbox when delivery is enabled. Email retention is handled by that inbox and should be reviewed before public launch.
JalWater does not sell customer request information. The MVP does not include analytics, advertising pixels, CRM ingestion, payments, authentication, or third-party tracking.
A public privacy contact email is not configured in this repository. Before public launch, configure the contact address and request inbox through server environment settings.
